Monday January 23rd, 2012 04:19 Shoemint versus all other shoe clubs. Head to Head Reviews

I’ve been thinking of the best way to review Shoemint. At first I thought just do Shoemint reviews on their own. I would buy a shoe and review it. Sounds easy right? Yes, but one review a month doesn’t seem like enough for a Women’s shoe review site. I think, in order to compete with other blogs and stay current and worthy of visitors, I need to compare Shoemint to ShoeDazzle, JustFab, and SoleSociety.

I am thinking about adding some off topic content too. What do you think?

I think this is a great idea. Although Shoemint will never beat the other shoe club prices, you will still be able to compare styles and craftsmanship. I am very curious about that.
Will you be comparing to JustFab, ShoeDazzle, Solesociety and ShoePrivee?
I have purchased from ShoeDazzle and JustFab. I continue to buy from JustFab. They are a great shoe club.

I haven’t seen the Nelle boot in person. Are you sure they aren’t real leather? I also was under the assumption that ShoeMint uses genuine leather. Maybe not all the time? To be honest, if they aren’t using real leather, it should be reflected in the price of that particular shoe or boot.

Excellent valueout of 5 starsI used these boots for low level wklaing during a winter break in Austria. They stood up well to snow, ice, and slush and kept my feet dry and warm every time. I was a little aprehensive about buying footware by mail order but the fit is fine. Obviously, they’re not top-of-the-range hiking boots but are very comfortable and after a week in the alps followed by the current conditions back home, they are certainly more than fit for the purpose intended. At a3[] they’re also great value.
