When I received my Feb. shoe selections from ShoeMint, I began to wonder.  The other shoe clubs I have purchased from (JustFab.com, ShoeDazzle.com, and SoleSOciety.com) have selected personal picks for me, from their large pool of shoe styles,  according to my style sense.

Looking at the other reviews of ShoeMint shoes, it seems like everyone is getting the same shoes as their monthly selections. I haven’t seen a review of a shoe not already  in my own monthly selection. Not a big deal if that’s what you want to do, but I took time to fill out the style quiz, thinking it would end up influencing what would appear in my monthly selections.

With that out of the way, on to my review of my selections. I like Kbell and the snake version of Rosemary. I will get to them in a few.

My like for Hattie… not so much. It may be the color scheme used as the opening shot. I think if ShoeMint had opened with the black snake or blush snake and left the multicolor version as an alt shot, it might have not triggered my negative reaction, but after seeing the carnival colors, the rest of the shoe design looks like a patchwork of  ugly. The other patterns are doing little to take the bad taste out of my mouth.

Now Kbell is a different story. I like it. Although the shape is similar to Jolly, I like the style and only wished there were a couple more patterns. Odds are I will be purchasing these…

If I don’t purchase Rosemary in snake. It’s the only other option for me, as the other colors seem blah (to me)

Now if Kbell was available in black snake or maybe a smoky suede, I would be gushing about them!
